I was unable to stay at the hotel due to a family emergency. The owners were rude on the phone about this and were very uncooperative about assisting with a refund. Terms and Conditions of booking were never sent to me that state that the cancellation date is 28 days. Not nice people to deal with - I wouldnt recommend staying here.
